The next meeting of the Radiological Society of France (JFR in French) is planned to be held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris from October 18th to 22nd, several members of our network will be present.

Whatever your interest in teleradiology might be, this event will provide an opportunity to discuss on all issues regarding medical organization such as practitioners recruitment problems and corresponding solutions via teleradiology support (Continuity of care, scheduled activity or expertise).

The monthly published magazine Manip-info which bring information to radiographer has dedicated a whole article untitled “Medical deserts, teleimaging to the rescue at Saint-Affrique” drawing attention on the practice of teleradiology at the Hospital Emile Borel Saint-Afrique.

Note : the Radiologists from TeleConsult France rallied since January 2011 to support the center by providing interpretations on continuity of care thus maintaining efficiency in the imaging department.
